On Thursday the 2nd of October Bianca and me met Mr. Müller at school to take part in a video conference with attendants from a school in Sweden, one in Poland an the third one in Italy. In advance all participants had read the novel “About a boy” by Nick Hornby and had also watched the movie. Based on a certain number of questions we now wanted to discuss the novel and the movie with the other students via Internet. Therefore, Mr. Müller had installed a camera on top of his laptop, so that we were able to see each other while chatting at the same time. Unfortunately the microphone of the Swedish group didn’t work properly so that we finally had to rely on texting.
